We had planned to drive down to Klamath to see the Redwoods down that way, but changed our minds and went back out to Jedediah Smith area and did a 7 mile hike. It was wonderful, and felt good to get out there. We found one cache along that trail, so that always makes it more fun to hike. It was quite damp in the forest, and we didn't see the sun that they promised that we would have, but it was a good day anyway. We are finished with this area, and will move to Trinidad, CA tomorrow, where we'll stay four or five days. Then we hit the road, seriously. We will be watching the weather, as some of our options take us through the mountains, and some high passes, so we'll keep an eye on things.
