We had a nice day to travel to Trinidad, where we'll stay for about four days. We want to take in the rest of the Redwoods from here, and then we'll check the weather for next week, and decide which way we'll go from here. They are predicting a strong storm to come in on Tuesday, and that will change our plans. We settled in, and went into town to check out Trinidad. It didn't take long, as it's a very small town. It has a nice overlook at a non-working lighthouse, that is a replica of the Trinidad Head Lighthouse that is out at sea and can't be seen from here. It is strictly manned by automation. We found two geo-caches in this area, and spent some time on the beach, as the tide was going out. There were a lot of Star Fish and other creatures in the tide pools here, like we had seen previously. They were clinging to the rocks, waiting for the next high tide to come. We also saw a rock with several seals on it, and one was a cute little pup. The Badgers play in the morning at 9:00 a.m., so we'll watch the game and then venture out tomorrow afternoon.
